Bright
Sparks is a funky, vibrant model and casting agency based
in Manchester. We pride ourselves in our responsibility
to your child. We are members of the National Network
of Child Employment & Entertainment
(NNCEE) and believe in promoting good practice. We do not
take on children unless we feel they have potential.

Manchester has a high profile within the film and television
industry.
The
world of television and advertising is a busy one, which
demands the highest quality. Open a catalogue, switch
on the television and you will see a young person smiling
out at you. "Kid Appeal" is strong and it sells
anything from an orange drink (think Sunny D)
to the latest high-tech toy. Our drama school based
in Manchester understands this industry.
Sky TV's new show 'Are You Smarter than a I0 year old?
This exciting new show from America hosted by Noel Edmonds has 'classmates' who help contestants with key stage 2 questions to win lots of money. Manchester boy Jack Roberts is one of only fifteen in the country to be chosen to appear in the show. Jack attends Bright Sparks Drama Academy.

Demand for child models and actors
is high. Competition for parts can be high, but
good models and actors stand out. These people arrive
promptly, are dressed appropriately, smile! and
give it 100%. They have a sparkle and enthusiasm
about them. Young actors have some degree of natural
talent, and ideally attend extra drama training
in Manchester to enable them to fulfil their potential.
Models clearly need to be photogenic, smiley people!
These
are precisely the people we are looking to
recruit in and around the Manchester area!

If
your child is accepted they will be
a member for twelve months. Renewal
is by mutual agreement. We regret that
children already with another agency
cannot be signed to Bright Sparks until
their present agency contract ends.
Fees apply for a sitting with our photographer
and inclusion in advertising material. |

When
your child joins Bright Sparks we'll
do our utmost to promote them. We aim
to develop a partnership with you, the
parent, and your child. We will send
your child to a drama casting only if
they fit the remit. Better to go to less
auditions and have more chance of success
than to go to those which are patently
unsuitable. |
